Village Clean Up

Collinstown Tidy Towns and Action Group were out again yesterday doing a little clean up in the village.  Thank you to Martin and Vickii Griffith and girls, Anne Marie Nash and Mary Duffy and girls.  We have most of the heavy work done for the year and at this stage.  We are out picking some litter and doing a bit of sweeping.  While we were enjoying our pre work ice cream we were noticing how nice the village is looking and it was lovely to know that our efforts were paying off.

We will be doing this every second Thursday at 7 for the Summer.  We would ask everyone to get involved and help. It is one hour, a little walk, pick a bit of rubbish, have a chat, meet the neighbours and get a great feeling of pride in your own village.
